Each bungalow is self-contained — its own terrace, its own kitchen, its own entrance. There is no lobby and no restaurant, and that is deliberate: nothing here runs on a schedule but yours.

The property sits on the slope that falls from Tenorio Volcano toward the valley. At this elevation the forest still catches the morning fog and the air stays cool through the year. Everything worth driving to is inside twenty minutes — which is the whole argument for sleeping here rather than in La Fortuna.
